How to Add NeuroMoney to Your Home Screen
Although NeuroMoney does not have it’s own standalone mobile apps yet, NeuroMoney is designed to be quick and easy to access whenever you need it. Although NeuroMoney runs through your web browser, and we haven’t yet started developing native mobile apps, you can still add it to your phone, tablet, or computer so it looks and feels much more like a regular app.
This is called installing a Progressive Web App, or PWA. In simple terms, it means you can place NeuroMoney directly on your home screen or desktop, so you do not need to open Google and search for it every time.
Below, we’ll show you how to add NeuroMoney to your device in just a few steps.
1. How to Add NeuroMoney on iPhone or iPad
If you are using an iPhone or iPad, you will need to use Safari.
- Open the Safari app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap the search bar and type:
- NeuroMoney.io
- Once the NeuroMoney website has loaded, tap the Share button in Safari. This is the icon that looks like a box with an arrow pointing upwards.
- Scroll down through the menu until you see Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add to Home Screen.
- You will then see a new screen where you can choose the name of the app. This should automatically appear as NeuroMoney, but you can rename it if you prefer.
- Make sure it is set to open as a web app, then tap Save or Add, depending on your device.
- NeuroMoney will now appear on your iPhone or iPad home screen, just like a regular app. You can move it around, place it in a folder, or keep it somewhere easy to find.
- Next time you want to use NeuroMoney, simply tap the icon on your home screen.
2. How to Add NeuroMoney on Android
If you are instead using an Android phone or tablet, the easiest way to add NeuroMoney is through Google Chrome.
- Open the Google Chrome app on your Android device.
- Tap the search bar and type:
- NeuroMoney.io
- Once the NeuroMoney website has loaded, tap the three dots in the top-right corner of Chrome.
- A menu will appear. Scroll down until you see Add to Home screen.
- Tap Add to Home screen.
- Your phone may ask you to install the app. Tap Install.
- You may then be given the option to automatically add NeuroMoney to your home screen, or to drag and place it wherever you would like.
- Once complete, the NeuroMoney icon will appear on your Android home screen. You can now open it directly as a standalone web app, without needing to search for it in your browser each time.
3. How to Install NeuroMoney on Your Computer
You can also install NeuroMoney on your laptop or desktop computer. This works especially well if you use Google Chrome on Windows, macOS, Linux, or ChromeOS.
- Open Google Chrome on your computer.
- Go to the address bar and type:
- NeuroMoney.io
- Once the NeuroMoney website has loaded, look at the right-hand side of the address bar.
- You should see an install icon. It may look like a small computer monitor with a downward arrow.
- Click this icon. This is the Install NeuroMoney button.
- A small pop-up will appear asking whether you want to install NeuroMoney.
- Click Install.
- NeuroMoney will now open in its own standalone app window. This means it will feel more like a normal desktop app, rather than just another browser tab.
- You should also be able to find NeuroMoney from your desktop shortcut or your computer’s app search bar.
Why Add NeuroMoney as a Web App?
Adding NeuroMoney to your home screen or computer makes it much faster to access. Instead of opening a browser, searching for the website, and finding the right page, you can simply tap or click the NeuroMoney icon.
This gives you:
- Faster access to NeuroMoney
- A cleaner app-like experience
- Less time spent searching through your browser
- A shortcut that works across phones, tablets, and computers
It is still the same NeuroMoney experience, just easier to open and use.
Final Thoughts
You do not need to download NeuroMoney from an app store to use it like an app. By adding it to your home screen or computer, you can access NeuroMoney quickly whenever you need it. Whether you are using iPhone, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux, or ChromeOS, the process only takes a minute.
